How We Rate

We put each casino featured here through an identical review process. There are no exceptions and we never cut corners. This is the precise routine we follow before a site appears in our recommendations.

Real money, real accounts

We register just like any other UK punter. Our own information goes in, along with a genuine email and an actual deposit. There’s no press access or demo play involved. When there’s a welcome offer available, we take it and personally work through any wagering rules.

Licence check

The initial step is to check the licence. We visit the official site of the relevant regulator—be it Curaçao, Anjouan, Malta, or any other authority the casino lists—and make sure the licence number is correct. If we can't verify it, we don't continue with the review.

Deposits and withdrawals

We make deposits using e-wallets, debit cards, and bank transfers to check how each method works. After that, we put in a withdrawal request and track how long it takes. If an e-wallet payout took more than 48 hours, we gave it a lower score. Bank transfers that needed over 5 working days also lost marks. Casinos that delayed or complicated withdrawals quickly dropped in our ratings.

Bonus terms

Large headline bonuses aren't worth much if the terms are harsh. We go through all the small print for each welcome deal and regular promo. That covers wagering requirements, which games count towards wagering, maximum stakes, and any cashout restrictions. For example, a 500% bonus with 60x playthrough and a £100 payout limit is less attractive than a 100% match at 10x wagering without any cap.

Game library

We test a minimum of 20 slots, try out five different table games, and join three separate live casino tables on every site. We look at which software developers are featured, see if the games run smoothly on mobile devices, and make sure there’s real diversity rather than just repeated titles.

Customer support

Every time we review, we reach out to customer service at least two times—one in the daytime here in the UK, and another late in the evening. We track the wait for an actual reply from a real person, not just a generic message.

Mobile experience

We check out each casino using a mobile. That means timing how fast pages load, seeing how games run, trying the deposit steps, and going through a withdrawal. If playing on your phone feels laggy or clunky, we mark scores down for it.

The score

We score every casino in six categories: games, bonuses, withdrawals, customer support, mobile play, and security. Only casinos with an overall rating of at least 3.8 out of 5 appear on this site. The majority we tried didn't meet that mark. The few that did are here because they deserved their spot.
